Apply with a brush or sponge to most semi-porous surfaces to increase adhesion of acrylic, oil, tempera and other media.

Creates a matte surface with a slight texture. Primes, seals and stiffens surfaces. Opaque white for extra coverage if applying over unfinished artworks or uneven colour surfaces.
