Gel medium imparts a transparent effect to any acrylic paint once mixed with it. The strong adhesive property allows materials such as wood or paper to be placed on various colored surfaces. To apply it, you can use a spatula or a brush to apply in thin layers. When applying with modeling paste, mix in a ratio of one part gel to two parts modeling paste to avoid cracking.
